Refunds Policy

Every Exhaust Part will offer a full refund if a return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item whereupon the full cost of the goods returned will be refunded.

We wish to work with customers to ensure that they receive the best service we can offer.  We offer a flexible returns policy so that the customer can be sure that they get what they need.  Where goods have been delivered faulty we will work with you to ensure that either you receive a direct replacement, or if the goods are no longer required a refund.  Where goods have been delivered in error Every Exhaust Part will cover cost of return postage that we will pre-agree with the customer.

What To Do If You Require A Refund

In the first instance raise a return request on the website.  We aim to handle all return requests within two days.  If you haven't heard from us within two days please send an email or call us and we will happily help you with your return/refund.
